    This Privacy Policy describes how Aligned Polarity LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your information when you use CampaignActivator (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

    1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

    We collect the following categories of information:

    • Account and Contact Information: name, email address, and any other information you provide when creating an account, subscribing, or contacting us.
    • Payment Information: subscription billing information is collected and processed by our payment processor, Stripe, Inc. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. Stripe's privacy practices are governed by their own Privacy Policy, available at https://stripe.com/privacy.
    • User Content: the briefs, prompts, business context, and other information you submit to the Service to generate campaign blueprints and outputs. You retain ownership of your User Content.
    • Usage Data: information about how you interact with the Service, including device type, IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, time and date of visits, referring sources, and feature usage patterns.
    • Cookies and Tracking Technologies: we use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service, remember your preferences, and analyze usage. You can control cookie settings through your browser, though disabling cookies may affect Service functionality.

    2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

    We use the information we collect to:

    • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
    • Process subscription payments and manage your account
    • Generate campaign blueprints and outputs based on your User Content
    • Communicate with you about your account, the Service, and relevant updates
    • Provide customer support
    • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, and technical problems
    • Comply with legal obligations
    • Analyze Service usage in aggregate to improve features and performance

    We do not use your User Content to train artificial intelligence models. Your briefs and submitted information are processed solely to generate outputs for your account.

    3. THIRD PARTIES WE SHARE INFORMATION WITH

    We share information with the following categories of third-party service providers, only as needed to operate the Service:

    • Stripe, Inc. — payment processing and subscription management. Stripe receives your payment information directly through their secure systems.
    • OpenAI, L.L.C. — the Service is built on OpenAI's platform (Custom GPT infrastructure). User Content you submit is processed by OpenAI's systems to generate Service outputs. OpenAI's data practices are governed by their Privacy Policy at https://openai.com/policies/privacy-policy and their Enterprise Privacy commitments where applicable.
    • Hosting and Infrastructure Providers — we use infrastructure services to host the Service. These providers process data on our behalf under contractual data protection terms.
    • Analytics Providers — we may use privacy-respecting analytics tools to understand aggregate Service usage.

    We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may disclose information when required by law, in response to valid legal process, to protect our rights or the safety of users, or in connection with a business transfer (such as a merger or acquisition), in which case we will notify you.

    4. DATA RETENTION

    We retain your account information and User Content for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain account data for up to 90 days to allow for reactivation, after which it is deleted from active systems. Some information may be retained in backups for up to 12 months and for as long as required by legal, tax, or accounting obligations.

    5. DATA SECURITY

    We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, secure third-party providers, and access controls. However, no method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

    6. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

    Depending on your location, you may have specific rights regarding your personal information. We honor these rights regardless of jurisdiction where reasonably possible.

    For California Residents (CCPA / CPRA):

    You have the right to:

    • Know what categories of personal information we collect and how we use it

Our lawful bases for processing include: performance of a contract (to provide the Service you subscribed to), legitimate interests (to operate and improve the Service), legal obligations, and your consent where applicable.

    • Restrict processing
    • Data portability
    • Object to processing based on legitimate interests
    • Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent
